Welcome to the LastPass Community. We apologize in advance for the issues you have been experiencing using your LastPass account.I can confirm you are a Premium user. Please log out and then log back in to see the updated subscription. Also, to download the LastPass extension again please go to lastpass.com/download. Once you do that, pin the extension to your browser and then you will see the extension icon on your browser, it will either look like a gray square with 3 white dots or a red square with 3 white dots.
