We're currently facing significant challenges with LastPass user onboarding that require immediate attention. Several new team members are unable to join our LastPass team due to email delivery failures, and those who received login credentials are missing their passwords, preventing them from accessing their accounts.
The primary issue appears to be with our email delivery system, as users are not receiving LastPass invitation emails. This is causing acascade of problems where invited users cannot complete the onboarding process, and existing users whoreceived credentials are unable to log in due to missing password information.
To addressthis immediately,weneed to implement a temporary workaround by sharing passwords via secure notepad or alternativesecure channels for affected users.However, this is not asustainable solutionand requiresurgent investigation into our email infrastructure, particularly ourdomain configuration and LastPass emailservice settings.
Irecommend we assigna technicallead to investigate the email delivery issues within thenext 24 hours,while simultaneously setting up alternative onboarding procedures for current users. This situation isimpacting our team's ability to collaborate effectively andneedstobe resolved as a top priority.
Please let me know who can take ownership of this investigation and whatresourcesare needed to expedite the resolution.
