When I click to do the encryption,it goes blank white

This problem can often be caused by a backlog in the primary web browser cache. I would first suggest trying to complete the Vault URL encryption process in an alternate web browser.
You may also dismiss the URL encryption request 3 times in order to temporarily bypass it.
