Yes, you can certainly disable the email verification process for new devices and IP address by following these instructions from within your online vault settings.

My question is can we have the location-checking email verification feature as optional. I have MFA, travel, and use multiple systems and VPNs. Making me type in my master password only to trigger an email that I sometimes have to wait several minutes for and then have do it all over again is more of a security risk in my opinion than just letting me login and use the MFA like its supposed to.
