I was added to a family and can't join because my account says Im in a family already. Why does my brand new account say Im already added to a family when Im not?

I just made a LP work account. I was added to a LP family of a coworker, I have the family invitation email in my inbox, looked on the account of the user who added me and saw he added me, and when I click the link to join his family, I get a message that I'm already a part of a family. Im not. This is a brand new account.

We apologize in advance for the issues you have been experiencing using your LastPass account.I checked and you are part of a Teams account and your user was deactivated. You will have to reach out to the Teams admin and have them remove you from the Teams account, once that has been done your account will revert to a free account and then you may join any other account.
