I am sorry about the issues you are having with your account. Currently our team is investigating an issue where the LastPass vault does not load properly when certain extensions are installed in your browser, a common occurrence would be with a Browser Extension for some VPN services. The desktop apps for these services do not interfere, having it turned on or off does not affect either, the issue is directly related to having the other extension installed. If those extensions are removed or disabled, you should be able to access your vault.
If this same issue applies to your case, please know our team is already working to have it resolved but at this time that is the best troubleshooting available.

Pass this along to the team, I was able to get the Vault to open by removing the Scribbl note taking extension! Thanks for the help...
