I hope this email finds you well. I have seen this issue normally is related to the latest update on the Google Chrome browser or the MS Edge browser. The password manager implemented on this browser overrides the LastPass information. To avoid this from happening I will need you to disable the password manager. Also if in the Google Password Manager passwords list you have LastPass please delete it from there and save it somewhere else or somewhere safer.
Then log out, restart your browser and log back in to LastPass.
