Premium user, locked out of LastPass (just after Apple auto-renew). How do you contact support, if y

My LastPass premuim auto-renewed with my Apple account. Charges went through without issue. Now I am getting “Login failed. LastPass is having trouble contacting the servers, please try again later”.

I’m getting that message on both Apple devices and also my PC. Been a paid user for years, but this is the first issue. No way to contact LastPass support with login. Can’t login, because of these messages.

anyone seeing issues, or is LastPass support around on these boards?

Hello AshC_LP, A reinstall worked!What caused this right after my subscription auto-renew? If it does this again is there a better way to contact LP tech support, if I cannot log in?

I have the same issue, word for word, including the Apple auto-renew in the last few days.

This seems like a severe issue for long time paid accounts.

I'm sorry about the recent account trouble there.

Please click my Community name to send me a private message with the Apple payment receipt so we can have your account status updated. Once this is resolved we can tackle the connection / login problem, as I'm not sure it's related to the account status yet.
