I submitted a case request to LP on 11 June but no response so far and I hope someone here can help.
In short, I have subscribed to LP Premium for 7 years now. My annual payment was meant to go from PayPal on 3 June 2021 but didn't and I have been downgraded to a Free user. I want to remain with Premium and cannot work out why the PayPal payment was not taken - I have updated the payment card that is registered with PayPal since I last paid LP (in June 2020), but surely the purpose of PayPal is that LP simply asks for payment and the underlying card is immaterial. I can confirm that I have a current payment card set up on PayPal, so any payment claim would be met without trouble.
Does anyone know how to contact LP accounts people to discuss this? (I am in the UK.) Many thanks.
