Hello everyone,
I fixed the problem for me by deleting all Cookies and Site Data from Firefox for https://lastpass.com (and in my case https://lastpass.eu).
To delete the cookies and cache, go to the firefox settings -> Privacy & Security (left side) -> Cookies and Site Data -> Manage Data... -> search for "lastpass" -> delete everything -> logout and login to LastPass Addon in Firefox.
Best,
Thorsten
I'm always made to feel like since it works in 'Chrome' that they don't really care that it doesn't work in FF. You know, I'm going to go to a different PW manager before I give up FF though so - I hope LP can find a solution here. Otherwise...
The Vault doesn't show up like it used to. Has been a couple of days acting like this. WIN11 and using latest FF version. I ONLY have Chrome installed to identify if certain programs/apps have issue with FF. In Chrome - I login and see vault like usual. So what's happened that FF now doesn't work (to be able to see the usual vault after logging in)??? Thanks
Same problem here. Just empty space where the Vault page used to be. Access to passwords can be obtained by clicking on the Last Pass icon in the menu bar and scrolling down to specific folder, then opening site info, but that's not what we pay for. Clearing the cashe, browser history, cookies, and restarting the FireFox made no difference.
SOmehow I seem to be able to see the 'normal' vault if I'm in CHrome. BUT I DON't LIKE USING CHROME. FF IS MY browser and I'm going to use it over any other browser. Why doesn't LP take and try their changes out in FF BEFORE implementing them? (Sighs- that a rhetorical question guys).
Same problem. I have done all the "fix yourself" and no success. I am experiencing it on FireFox and Chrome along with all my computers. If I remove the extension in Firefox and log in to the Last Pass website, my vault is still there so that is a good thing. I will keep watching.
Hi, all.
We're attempting to recreate the problem internally.
If you are able to gather log files or request a callback from Customer Support, this will help further the investigation. Please see the following support pages:

Same problem as Userxxxxxx2670. Just started 2 days ago.
Same problem here. Firefox and Edge showed blank Vault after being updated to v4.133.0. Chrome OK until it was updated to same version, then it also has blank Vault. Now all three browsers have empty Vault. This is obviously a bug with v4.133.0 extension.
64 bit not 4 bit.... shessh!
I'm using 130.0 FF I think. I just left click on the 'Help' menu item in FF and it displays "130.0 (4-bit)" - so I think I'm using version 130.0 perhaps.
Update to previous post: Downloaded previous version 4.127.0.1 from Mozilla site and installed in Firefox, then turned off automatic updates. Vault is now displaying normally. This confirms bug in v4.133.0.
Cannot find previous versions for Edge or Chrome, and no options in those browsers to disable automatic updates. More kudos for Mozilla and Firefox.
Exactly the same issue here for the past couple of days. Also using Firefox.
Same problem here, blank vault running FF on windows 11.
I'm having the same problem, and it seems to be because I'm using the Firefox browser. I can open the account successfully using Google Chrome. (Perhaps an old version - I don't know.) I've asked this community how to get in via Firefox, but no one has replied yet!
Your comments above suggest someone is working on it, so hopefully the issue clears on the next update.
@Ash Cannon
here are some logs, hopefully they'll help you guys pin down the issue
Same problem. Vault never shows up. Page just looks like this. Firefox on a mac
It works with Brave but not with Firefox.
Same issue. Firefox 130.0 (64 bit)
Lastpass extension 4.133.0
No vault showing using LastPass 133.0 and Firefox 130.0.1 (64-bit).
Pas de vault visible employant le LastPass 133.0 et le Firefox 130.0.1 (64-bit).
Last 5 digits user- 16851 - THIS WORKED FOR ME!!!! Thanks I should of thought about doing that and clearing that more frequently. Thank You!
Thanks to user.......6851. Deleting cookies and cache in Firefox solved the problem
THANK YOU VERY MUCH!! What a fiasco. This worked for me in a few seconds, after spending the better part of the day removing, reinstalling, relogging in, etc.
Simple solution.
