Hi, I'm having trouble logging into my vault. It asks me to update for encryption, but after waiting over an hour and trying several times, it doesn't update, and I can't log into my account or access my passwords. Can someone please help me?

Should the encryption fail in one browser, then I'd suggest trying an alternate browser in case there is a caching issue there.

To resolve this issue please change your account master password, you can do this by going to account settings, general tab, Login Credentials, Master Password. You can use the same master password combination you have at this moment, just add a number or letter to the end. (Please does not shared your master password on this post)
