After installing the LastPass browser extension, I’m stuck on the permissions popup. Selecting 'Essential' or 'Voluntary Data Collection' doesn’t remove the popup, and I can’t log in or use the extension. Permission popup in LastPass extension won't go away, can't proceed to use the extension. Tried clearing cache, reinstalling, and disabling blockers. How can I fix this?

After installing the LastPass browser extension, I’m stuck on the permissions popup. Selecting 'Essential' or 'Voluntary Data Collection' doesn’t remove the popup, and I can’t log in or use the extension.

Bonjour, after an upgrade of Firefox 2 days ago i have now the same problem, i didn't find a solution. do you have one ? Thanks. i tested Microsoft Edge and it works normaly.

I tell you, LastPass was everyone's go-to manager.... Now it's just a waste of time..... It hardly works since Google's Manifestv3:

Copy the username/password options do not work, even though Clipboard is to ALLOW;
It refuses to fill in form fields randomly - fix is to reinstall the poo-poo extension;
It should have never been bought by LogMeIn...... Ruined it

response of the support 2024 11 19 I see, unfortunately this problem is directly related to Firefox, which limits us quite a bit, since we do not have the possibility to make adjustments or changes to its system, there is already an open investigation on this matter and as soon as we have an answer about what is happening and how to solve it, we will let you know.

If you're finding this, you can navigate to the Accept button by pressing "tab" multiple times.

Yes!! This was the freaking solution!! I don't know why the made it so uncomfortable to just click on "Accept"... thanks dude.

User17092256081614574562; the window the text is in is too small, so the "accept" button is hidden below the bottom of the window "frame" you have to scroll or page down, it's the most idiotic thing but after multiple tries and reinstalling etc THE solution was right here above! tabbing might not work for you but try paging or scrolling DOWN, the button is there it's just behind the frme of the window- it remonds me of GIMP photo editing, it has a canvas with almost the same kind of "frame" and images wind up behind the edges and you have to enlarge the canvas to see the full image.
