I am seeing no login errors from our side. Can you specify what browser, operating system, and error message you encounter?
Have you tested any alternate web browsers or rebooted the affected device?
@fehner Have you confirmed there are no other password managers working in the background?
The background we have of your account is showing incorrect password entry before you're updating the account password, so it may also be that you're entering a space before or after the password.
I have the same problem with win10 computers and android cell phones using edge browser and last pass app on cell phone. Happens when devices are turned on or rebooted. Changing master password works but it is forgotten if device is turned off or rebooted.
This issue started for me today - It does not accept my master password - which i know is correct. I know the email is correct because it matches my authenticator app.
Last pass says it is emailing my email but I get nothing.
@andrew Your account history has a bunch of verification emails sent, as well as mixed results with the account password and MFA confirmation. Your current IP/device was cleared for access successfully, so I'm assuming you found those security emails from LastPass.
