I find some sites are more friendly to launch from the vault than others. Sites that I use often that I can't launch from the vault, I just have set up to open as a new tab whenever I log in. Then from there LastPass will just autofill the information and sign in.

I having the same problem but it is every website wont launch and will not auto fill out information either
I just restarted my computer and re logged into Lastpass and it fixed it
