I have paid for premium 14. jul 2023 but still free user. Same time no help under Service. Nice Customer Service for Premium Members. What else can I do?
Any idea. They are not answering me. I have sent them: Order ID; Document No and Sequence no. I have never seen so bad customer support.
Same problem I activate and paid my premium account 12 day ago, I'm still free user no answer from support just general tips as remove the cache. And no refound they say its all ok in billing area. It's a fraud.
