After leaving my former employer where I had an enterprise account I can't login to my linked personal account.
When trying to log in I get the message 'Multifactor authentication failed!'.
I have tried all sorts of rescue and reset attempts without any success. I have also filed a ticket with support but that one seemed to have been sucked in to a black hole and I haven't got any response from them except an automated response about the ticket being received.
Is this a known issue? Is there a way to resolve this?
