When I first downloaded LastPass I copied the passwords from the wallet on the computer I was on. I did the same thing with my phone. I am trying to do the same thing with my office computer, but I've forgotten how. This is the same LastPass account I'm trying to consolidate all my passwords.

Welcome to the LastPass Community.
You can import password into your LastPass account from multiple sources; in this case it will be better to export your password to a CSV file and then import the passwords to your LastPass account.
You can find the import passwords tool by going to vault, then go to Advanced Options, and find the import tool.
I will suggest choosing the option "Other" and importing the file.
