Can MFA be shared with my Emergency Access person?

I have a Premium account and in an emergency want my wife to be able to access my vault. However, I have MFA activated (which I want to keep), and that, of course, goes to my phone. Is there a way she can still access my account if I am unable to do so, or do I have to disable MFA?

The person you grant Emergency Access to does not access your account directly, instead a new folder appears inside their Vault and it contains all of the sites from your account.
