I have been a long term subscriber to LastPass since 2014 and each year my subscription has been renewed automatically, but today I got a message from PayPal that LastPass has cancelled my subscription. I had no emails. No notifications. Nothing. WTF!!!!
I am so upset. I use[d] LastPass for everything on many devices and can't help to share how great their service to anyone I can tell.
Now there is no way to contact a real human person to ask what the hell is going on. I just get some **bleep** stupid bot. I just get told to "upgrade" to a new subscription. That's not the point. Especially as the new subscription is over 3 time more than I had been paying.
