I am sorry about the issues you are having with your account. Our records showed that you started a Business Trial on your account. The Trial was already expired so I removed that record from your account. Please log out and log in and you should see your account as Premium again.

Our records show that you have purchased your subscription through Apple. I would suggest to wait until you are close to your plan's expiration date and cancel the subscription. The account would become a free account automatically once the premium subscription has been cancelled.

I wanted also to downgrade my plan. I have the Premium account and I want just a plan that is above the basic plan. What do you suggest?
