Welcome to the LastPass Community.

By the time you enable the option "Easy to Say" in your Advanced Options, Generated Secure Password, this configuration will remove all special characters from the generated password to make it simple to remember and to prunuses just letter without any special character, in case you are require or want to use special characters a will recommend you to use the "Easy to Read" option this will allow you to have a combination of letters, numbers and special character.
