We truly apologize for the issue in advance, is this message showing up while using Safari?
In case it does, please access your Safari settings and go to extension, once there please remove the LastPass extension from the menu.
Once done please quit Safari.
Access your finder, go to applications, find the LastPass application and remove the app from your computer.
Once done, please reboot the computer and re-install LastPass from your App store and log back in using Safari.
