NO WAY to login on new PC with correct master password. Same Issue.

Again and Again I see same problem each time with new device.

I 100% confident that I was used correct master password.

More than that. My account protected by YubiKey's. But I can't provide it like an prove. This is stuped.

I trying login on my new PC and provided correct master password but instead of getting access I see an message that told me that password is incorrect (and this lie) and something was sent to my mail box BUT I did not get any mails and was blocked. Up to now.

Please. Fix that issue.

Correct, if you have set up a separate Security Email on your account, all account security emails such as verification emails will be sent there.

Hi. I may confirm that mail was sent but on the mail box that was set up for recovery.

I checked mail box that was used for login.

PLEASE: ADD IN THE MESSAGE something like this:

"We sent ......... on mail box or your mail box that was set up for recovery."

Now you pointed onthat is not recovery and in my case this 100% confusing wrong message.

At the same time I absolutely would be unhappy to see any part of may recovery mail box name.

But it would be better if the massage at least point that might be the mail will be delivered there.

I hope this will help improve this service.
