I lost access to my authenticator app. I remember my master password, and whenever I try to login, I choose the SMS Passcode option, but the SMS never comes (my proper phone number is registered with LastPass). If I choose the "call me" option, I get "Multifactor authentication failed!" error message. I tried contacting the support in order to disable 2FA (https://support.lastpass.com/s/contact-support?language=en_US) but nothing happens. I also tried resetting my account with SMS recovery, and in that case, even though ironically I receive via SMS the verification code, it will not proceed.
