How to migrate 2 free single user accounts to family premium plan?

Question

My wife and I have the free version of Lastpass. With the new pricing we will need to migrate to Lastpass family for the best pricing ($4/month).  This is because each of us will want it on both a PC and a mobile.

But how do I do this?

One thought:

1) I choose the free family plan for a trial with my current free single user account

2) I add my wife but is this easy to do if she already has a single user free account?

3) If this looks good then I select the "premium" family plan

It is totally unclear how to do this looking at the documentation I have read on Lastpass.

At the bottom of that reply is a coupon good for a discount! One can get a $12 discount on the family plan. I preferred free but this is the business reality now. 🙄
