Change country for billing address and billing credit card.

Question

I can not change both my billing address and billing credit card to a new country.

Both are currently set to the UK. I want to change both to the USA.

The system to do this seems messed up.

First it makes you "try" to change your billing address. I swap my address from the UK to the USA. But before it accepts the change, it checks the address against my current credit card which is UK so it fails.

So I can not change my address to then add in my new address that maps to my credit card.

This "2 step" process seems very broken.

Why can I not change my credit card to a USA credit card AND AT THE SAME TIME input my USA address?

This appears to be a bug as support is having to change my address for me. I can not do it on my own and support is manually doing this for me. Cannot believe this is an issue....
