I am sorry about the issues you are having with your account. Free accounts can only share passwords with one other LastPass account. Our records show that you currently have shared items with more than one person, most likely from when you were premium. If you are trying to share a password with one of them, you would have to revoke all the shares you have with the second user or revoke all of them if you are trying to share with another person.
