How to access an old Emergency access after Premium expired?

Years ago, while I had a Premium subscription, my partner (who uses a free account) and I set up Emergency Access for each other.

I no longer have a Premium subscription. My partner has now forgotten her login details and needs me to use the Emergency Access feature to regain entry to the account.

Since I am currently on a free plan, is it still possible for me to initiate the Emergency Access process to help them? If so, how do I proceed?

I hope this message finds you well. If the set up was done with success back in the days when you were premium, I believe you should be able to claim the emergency access, however, if the association was breaking unfortunately there is nothing to do.
