I have contacted your support team, and have not heard back for almost 2 months. We need better service from the software and the support team.
Hello @brian.mccann,
Unfortunately, this is tied to the contact of each user on the admin console. There is no option to modify this information from the user's accounts.
Thank you,

My name is Henry and I am happy to assist with your inquiry, and appreciate you contacting LastPass Support!
I am sorry about the issues you are having with the users list on shared folders. In order to have the names of the users show up on the shared folder, you need to add their names on the admin console. From the admin console, go to Users then click on the user you want to edit. Then click on Edit User Profile and add their name, click on save changes. Once this has been completed, their name should show on the shared folder.
If you can't access the admin console, you will need to contact an administrator for assistance.
Hi,
I do not have an admin account. Maybe I am misunderstanding, you are saying that I need to find the "last pass admin" within my international organization and have that person edit each individual account?
There has to be a better way, for your sake and for mine. There is no way your software team would have built a product that requires administrative intervention for every account added.
Is this something that the users themselves can adjust within their profiles??

So I do in fact have to find out who my internal administrator is and have them continually edit users of your service? Why did some persons show up with their names while others did not?
Can you tell me who is the admin contact for your service? I am questioning the practicality of your software being used by organizations as large as mine. This does not seem sustainable.
The reason why some users show their name on the shared folder is because their information was added on the admin console. This could be from the moment they were added or at a later time.
I am unable to disclose the email address of your administrator through any method of communication. This question was posted on our community posts, which is a public forum.
Please let me know if further assistance is required.
Wow, this is getting more disapointing. Apparently our email chat is on a public forum? Please do not post who is the admin on a bulletin board. Please email that to me direct.
I am also having this issue, this needs escalating and addressing asap
I have 10 users showing as blank (when you go to delete them you see a ?). When someone leaves the business I am unable to see who to remove and therefore will be forced to remove them all!
I do not need to know the name of the user (presumably the issue of them not having been added through the admin console) - just the email address, this is known by lastpass as these blank users ARE able to use the shared folder.
What is the escalation process please @Henry Eduardo Ortiz?
Thanks
