The same thing happened to me. When I accessed the service today, my notes were gone. What happened? How can I get them back?
I have the same issue. I did not delete my notes and they are gone. I am verifying directly on the lastpass site, I do not use extensions.

I've run several tests, and the problem is with Chrome. For some reason, Lastpass isn't loading the notes in full.
When you access Lastpass in incognito mode or with EDGE, the notes display normally.

This happened to me a few days ago. I logged into LastPass and all of my NOTES and ADDRESSES were missing. I am using LastPass extension in Windows 11.
I was able to get them all back by doing the following:
Login to LastPass and then select Account Settings on lower left.
(If these settings don't appear, use the far right scroll bar and scroll to the bottom of the window)
Then, select Show Advanced Settings.
Look under Alerts and go to Re-prompt for Master Password.
If Access a Secure Note is checked, uncheck it and select Update.
Confirm your Master Password and Continue.
Logout of LastPass and then Login again.
Your NOTES should now be visible.
