Many issues after using lastpass again

1. When i try to link account, via account benefits, nothing happens after i click, 'link accounts'. The input fields get emptied, but the window remains. No messages like error or success.

2.When i try to contact support via chat, it says i need to log in. Even after logging in first. Support is unreachable.

3. When i try to reach support from outside (nog logging in), i get error: Error

You do not have access to the Apex class named 'UserVerificationStatic'.

I will try to answer the questions in order.

1. Regarding the issue with the account benefit I was checking and according to our records the benefit was claimed with success. However, I notice your account is federatedwhich will require verification when trying to link the account. I just want to confirm that the benefit shows claim. If it does show claimed, you will need to follow other steps that will also help you with the other issues.
2. Regarding the issue contacting support try these steps:

1. Clearthe LastPass cacheandrefresh sitesfrom the LastPass extension, log out

2. Proceed touninstall the LastPass extension, and clear cache and cookies (all time) on the browser. Remember to verify if the browser is up to date if it's Chrome check under Settings > About Chrome.

3. Close completely and reopen the browser,install the extension again, log back in, and verify if the issue persists
