Forgot master password and unable to log into lastpass. SMS code leads to an "expired link".

I forgot my master password and now I'm unable to log into lastpass. I tried sending a SMS code to my phone; while it does receive it successfully, using it leads to an "expired link" that doesn't allow me to reset my password.

I don't recall what I changed my master password to since it's been nearly seven months ago. I remember my lastpass email address and I've tried every conceivable password combination. I'm at a loss. Please help.
