I need to log into multiple devices for just this week

I was a long time buyer of Lastpass Premium, I paid for Lastpass Premium for years, my device that has my passwords and account information may be compromised (has a Trojan or other virus) and I want the ability to use my Lastpass account for just this week (7 days) so I can change my Lastpass password and access my account without punishment.

It appears that you have several device switches available before you run out. As a courtesy I've added some more, but we have no way of activating anything other than annual subscriptions for customers.
