I have had the same problem for the last two weeks or so, really annoying (Premium user/Yubikey). I'm using Chrome and Brave browsers and along with the Brave browser and Lastpass being broken too, which seems to be fixed today. Never really had problems with lastpass but what going on with the problems?
I am also encountering this issue in both Edge and Chrome. I have also had it impact me on both Windows 10 and Windows 11. One is a personal laptop and the other is a work laptop managed by my employer. I have wiped out the installations of the plugin. I have re-installed the plugin. Even after registering the client as a trusted pc, it will regularly (either every page refresh or every new page load, whichever event occurs next) it will re-prompt for the 2factor security key and not allowing for the other 2factor methods I have available. It seems to be focused solely on the hardware based key.
Worked for a bit, now broken again on Firefox. MS Edge still appears to work. For now.
