What I can tell you is that LastPass simply pings the credit account on file, and it's up to the credit company to send a 'declined' or 'accepted' response back. In some cases the account will have overdraft protection so the credit card will still work when the account has no funds. First, please make sure the subscription is cancelled by following these steps: Log in to My Account athttps://lastpass.com/my.php. In the Premium Status section, clickCancel. When prompted, clickYesto confirm. I suggest you collect all evidence you have, go to your bank and submit a dispute (chargeback) claim to get your money back. You don't have to go through support here. If you do it with your bank - your bank will decide if you get your money back.

There is no such button. Your support site is outdated. Support replies are slow (took them week and only got reply after submitting second ticket) and/or broken (do not receive replies by email?). "My Cases" link on site is broken - end up with infinite redirect... 12 days and counting as I'm trying to cancel auto-renew. From my experience it is close to impossible They do everything to prevent you from doing it.

I appreciate that you may be frustrated by your own situation, but no one altered the order of replies on this post. From the screenshot you posted your account was/is clearly a Teams account and not a Premium one so the process of canceling is not the same.

@Kr3c1kyour refund was issued yesterday, it can take a few business days to be reflected on your account.

Hey, just a small warning... Those scammers here faked a refund message to be before my replies to you, but it is not the way it actually happened. So double-check that you actually received your refund within next few days. If you didn't receive your money back any time soon - go to your bank and initiate a chargeback, I'm sure you will win it and will get your money back.
