I have the same problem. Using the recover password flow does not work. After entering my SMS code, it then says the link is expired or invalid. I tried twice.
I see someone else in another thread also had issue with master account password not working and recovery not working, is there is a widespread problem on your system health today? Thanks.
I also have an account that I am locked out off. I got a new phone number and forgot to up date the multifactor authentication. I follow the instructions and hit the request help login link and when I put in my email for the account that I am locked out of. I get " Thank you for submitting your email. If it matches our records, you will receive an account verification email. " but no email . I have the email and master password but I need to disable multifactor authentication so I can update my new phone number.

Actually I already tried that before i submitted this message. It requested I enter my email address, which I did, and said I would receive an email to authenticate. I didn't receive an email. I tried this multiple times and had the same outcome. There is clearly a bottleneck in your system.
Luckily having tried a number of different passowrd combinations, I finally found the password that I had chnaged it to so I am now able to access my account. But I sure hope I don't ever have this problem again.
