Cannot access LastPass verification email

I have got a new computer and have tried to login Lastpsss on this new PC. Once I entered master password, I can see a message: "To continue: Check your inbox for an email from LastPass xxx"

The problem was, that email address given in the message was different when I tried different browsers. And in the end, I didn't get any email from either one of the email address.

Is it possible that there is a bug in Lastpass, such that when you login using different browsers, the back-end system might pick up different verification email address and eventually ended up not sending out any verification email at all?

Has anyone else encountered similar issue and how to get it resolved?

Not sure what this "secondary email" is. In Lastpsss settings, there is an "Account Email" the one we use as username to login. And then there is "Security Email" which the login verification will be sent to.

I had not been able to receive login verification email via this "Security Email".

I was, indeed, able to reset the Master password via other means. And in that process, the notification email was able to be received in the same "Security Email".

So apparently, for some reason, Lastpass was not able to (or did not) send login verification to the "Security Email", forcing me to do a Master password reset. In this reset process the same "Security Email" worked just fine to allow the process to conclude.

So the good news is the account is recovered. Hopefully the issue of not sending the login verification to the right email address won't happen again.
