I'm having an issue where our main admin account, where we change the passwords for our end users, isn't updating on the end-user side of things so the passwords, when changed, aren't updating in the other accounts.

same issue. my device was changed to mobile automatically by lastpass, now i can not use my laptop and also can not reach a agent for help

I apologize for the inconvenience, remember that free users do not count with support unfortunately. Unless the issue is related to unable to access or billing. Hi Alejandra! No, we are a paid user. I've tried to figure this out via a support call but so far we haven't been able to figure out why we aren't seeing these PW's update to the users from the main admin account.

Your blank screen might be the result of a caching issue. Sorry you have to deal with that...
Some solutions:
1.Hard‑refresh the page (forces the browser to reload without cache)
Windows:Ctrl + Shift + R
or
Ctrl + F5
Mac:Cmd + Shift + R
2.Clear your cache
3.Try viewing in incognito/private window
4.Try rebooting your computer

If you are the administrator of a business account with LastPass, then you will have a dedicated admin support line you may utilize, listed within the unified admin console. This is not for end-users, but only for account administrators.
What I can say about password sharing is, when you update the original set of credentials in any way, then you must re-share those with any users previously included. Shared passwords do not synchronize when updated by the primary user.
I was not aware that updated passwords from the 'admin' account do not auto sync. When we change a shared PW within the admin account, how do we 'push it' to all the users? We are stacking up erroneous passwords pretty heavily at the moment.
