Upon login 2 days ago, LastPass asked me to redo my MFA. I did, but now when I try to login, it tries to go to the MFA screen briefly, but then immediately fails before I can act (it's supposed to fire a push notification to my phone).
I tried SMS reset, but that also subsequently requests a MFA which fails.
Unfortunately, I don't have my OTPs.
How can I login to disable or reset MFA?
The "Request help logging in" buttons don't do anything for me from either:
