Lastpass website - Error to upgrade to latest version

Question

Hello,

I've been trying to assign some passwords to my Shared-Family folder.  I get a "network error - please make sure your connected to the internet" while on the app.  On the website, I get a "Upgrade to the latest version" .

Not sure what I can do to to fix this.  I also cannot create a new Shared folder.

Hi Hilda,

I've refreshed the website, cleared my cookies, and destroyed my sessions.  I don't use the browser extention.

I'm still getting the same error on the website and if I try and move a record to my "Shared-Family" I get the network error.  If I try and add a new Shared folder, I get "We're sorry, something has gone wrong".
