I just a saw a pop-up when I logged into lastpass that said "congratulations you are now a lastpass power user". It disappeared before I could read any of the additional text. Any idea what it was?

A poweruser is usually referred as someone who likes to tweaks settings and/or have the skills to use everything an app has to offer, as the average user usually does not goes around exploring all the menus. I have never seen this notification, so I have no idea if that's what they're referring to, but maybe you did go around tweaking things before you saw it? Probably nothing you need to worry about though.
