Can't login to account since e-mail verification isn't possible and customer support isn't available

Hi there,

Can anyone help me please?! I have had a free account with Lastpass for years. The e-mailadress I registered with, is no longer available. But for security reasons, there has been a verification e-mail sent to my old e-mailadress which is not accesible to me. I can't reach customer support for this since I can't log in..... So I'm in a loop and can't find a way out.

Anyone here to help?

I have the same problem - an old email address I can't access. It seems crazy that in order to contact customer support to change it I'd have to pay £30 to upgrade. Is there a way to have master email address changed without having to pay a fee? I'm changing PC soon and am worried I won't be able to log in on a new device without access to my old email.
