I had a valid Family account for a year. It was just reviewed actually automatically.

I do not use the features of the family so clicked on remove family. I assumed it will downgrate the account to a single premium account. Instead it cancel all premium features. Now i cannot even get human support and the useless bot does not help. It asks me to pay for premium subs... mad...
