Greetings,

eventho my 2FA is active it shows at times inactive don't know if this a bug ?? I know thatI have 2FA enable with LP Authentication cuz i've tested it out anyone else having isssue ? here's a screenshot below don't worry the link is secure

Give it a try in an incognito browser window (after shutting all windows down and relaunching browser), see if the behavior exists. I'd guess cached and lack of updating, but if you file a ticket, support would want a video, HAR file and a whole bunch of other stuff just to look at it with Engineering, and to be honest, with likely what they are already tasked on, it would likely not be fixed any time soon if it IS a real bug.

What account type are you using@"Marko3"?

Configured may not always equal enabled, so be sure to check. I'm sharing a screen capture from our Browser PlugIn settings from a test account:

If you are using the mobile app, you will have to go into a mobile browser to see this (and it's painful to do, so if you can use laptop/desktop browser it's advised).

Went to ours, also shows "Inactive". Clicked "Inactive", took us back to the screen above, then went back to our view, and now it says "Active".

Well I'm my Chrome Browser it shows it active, but at times it says inactive
