Can you answer me again in a different way? My account is still obscuring the passwords I need ! I am on my Mac desktop and cant' find anything your are referring to. I cant search `clear local data' or anything. Again whenI go to refer to a passwrod on any site i have in my vault LAstPass to quickly changes whatever is there to my master password.

Hi @aaaddison Welcome to the LastPass Community. You may have an issue with the local cache. Please try clearing the LastPass cache first, then the browser cache if there is no change in behavior.
