Hello!@Laurent Landreau (Contractor)
We are sorry for the problem with your account.
We will need to make an investigation to better understand the issue. I will recommend you create a support case so one of our support agents can help you to find a solution for this behavior. You can create the support case using the steps below:
From your LastPass vault, go to the top right corner click on your email address
Click on Support center
Top right corner clicks on "Loging to Support"
Then Click on "Contact US"
You will be able to choose the best option for you, A callback request or a Support case.
We apologize in advance, please let us know if there is something else, we can do for you.
@Laurent Landreau (Contractor) I'm sorry if there was any confusion.
We (LastPass) nor account Admins (you) have the ability to 'see' any user's account password. This also includes restrictions on Vault entries, though as mentioned above you can permanently transfer all Vault contents to a new user if needed.
I have created case: 02938333 that fully explains our requirement.
The objective is to automatically retrieve passwords from LastPass as input to our Jenkins deployment pipelines, and avoid any manual manipulations.
