OK reset google chrome completely. It did fix other issues. But this on still pops up when i am opening my lastpass vault https://lastpass.com/vault/ or clicking refresh page popup opens new tab with error 404 (https://lastpass.com/vault/lp_toolstrip.html?browseraction=1&yubikey=1&trustexpired=0&trustlabel=&lplanguage=en_US)
Tested on 3 different computers and 1 macbook all using googl chrom

I apologize for the huge inconvenience this is causing you. I have seen that most of the time this issue is related to a high volume of cache, cookies, or a sync issue on LastPass. I will recommend following these steps:
1. Clearthe LastPass cacheandrefresh sitesfrom the LastPass extension, log out
2. Proceed touninstall the LastPass extension, and clear cache and cookies (all time) on the browser (if you are using Chrome you can also only clear LastPass cookies here: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95647?hl=en-GB&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop#zippy=%2Cdelete-cookies-from-a-site:~:text=Delete%20cookies%20from%20a%20site)
3. Close completely and reopen the browser,install the extension again, log back in, and verify if the issue persists
If the process does not work, this issue was identify by the developer team and there is a release ready for this issue that will be available in the next update.

Thank you for your reply. I am glad that there were issues that got fixed by the basic troubleshooting.
In this case, since the issue persisted with the 404 error, that means that is related to the known issue that will be fix in the upcoming releases. I have no ETA on when the release will be ready but the fix is associated with these release.

I truly apologize for the huge inconvenience this is causing you. The 404 error is a current bug under investigation by our developer team, the issue should be resolve in the next days once the new version for the extension will be release.

I've had the same issue for months also. its not just opening the vault, its also things like that security adviser thing that asks you to check your settings, that also 404's
Same here. It's been a problem for weeks already
