Cant receive verification email from LastPass

Hello,

When trying to login, I receive the notification that Lastpass does not recognise my login ID and/or password.

I have tried several times and I do not receive the verification email, have checked in the junk folder. I have done this countless times in the past and now it's not working.

Hi @ALNz4,

I do see that you have a security email set for your LastPass account and verification emails are being sent to that security email and not your LastPass account email address. Please check that email (including junk/spam/all mail folders) to click the red Verify button in that email sent from LastPass to complete your login.

I literally got the verification email AFTER I posted this.... Took about 5 minutes to appear. Sheesh.

Same problem here. I've gotten other support emails from LogMeIn but never a verification email or any forgot password emails from Lastpass. At this point I have to believe there is a broken mechanism in sending them or this is a very poorly built application that no one should honestly trust with their passwords.

I had a similar problem with my accountand after entering Master password, I did not receive any mail to the account but for account recovery I had received the mail and it is going on a loop

Same problem - typed my master pw wrong a few too many times and it said I had to check my email or check my details. No email showed up to any of my email addresses after an hour, have tried my correct login details and nothing is working. Not sure what to do...
