Apple pay says I renewed, LastPass.com does not.

I've been a premium customer for years and the past week, the service is terrible. It constantly prompts me to enter my master PW, then says "An unknown error occurred"

I'm still able to access my account via my Firefox extension but Chrome and Bing fail.

Apple pay says my subscription is renewed until Sept 2024, however online it does not.

WTH???

Can you please try updating your account password to see if this resolves the unknown error messaging?

Hello Ash - I sent several replies from my email but I guess they didn't show. When trying to change my master PW, I get "LastPass is having trouble contacting the servers, please try again later. I also tried to send a screenshot of my Apple receipt for premium. This problem with LP... is NOT GOOD! I need this service to work again.
