I'm sorry to hear about the recent lockout.
It appears that you have not logged into that account for some time, and without the device last used to log into LastPass your recovery options will be limited to a password 'hint' if you created one at startup.
I'm afraid without the password disabling the MFA would have no effect. If you cannot recall the correct password, then you may follow these directions to reset the entire Vault back to scratch.
